Akwa Ibom State Chapter Emerges Best Library Week Organizer.

The Akwa Ibom State Chapter of Nigerian Library Association has been awarded the best Library week organizer for the year 2019 by the National body of the Association during her 58th/59th National Conference held at Meena Event centre, Kano State.

Presenting the Award, the National President, Prof. Innocent Ekojah described the Akwa Ibom State Chapter of the Association as pacesetting chapter owing to her uniqueness and creativity recorded in the 2019 Library week. He commended and also charged the State Chapter of the Association to keep the track and continue with the excellent record.

Receiving the Award on behalf of the Akwa Ibom State Chapter of the Association, the leader of Akwa Ibom State delegation, Mrs Helen Ebi, who is the branch head of National Library of Nigeria, Uyo branch, expressed happiness and joy for the recognition and award done AKS.
