LIBRARIANS DATA FORM

Dear All, 

I am directed to inform all State Chapters that at the last EXCO meeting held on Saturday, 21st October, 2017, it was decided that:

• The Librarians data forms previously posted, should be resent to all Chapter persons, to re-distribute accordingly to the various institutions in their State Chapters for proper capturing of data.
• Chapters that have already submitted their completed forms need not resend
• All filled forms should reach the National Secretariat before Thursday, 30th November, 2017
• Attached is the table for collection of the data for, Nigerian Library Association‎.
